At MHM Fit, I understand how fitness impacts all areas of your life. This program is for ANY woman who wants to engage in a consistent strength training program and be involved in a positive and uplifting community of women.
You don't need any experience! I have worked with people brand new to training and those with lots of experience. I can make recommendations based on your fitness level to get you started in the MHM Fit programming.
Where are you located?
The studio is located at 522-2 Main Street, Woodstock. We are right above the bottle exchange!
I have bad knees, a bad back, a bad shoulder, etc. Can I participate?
I can modify the workouts for almost anything, but I encourage you to send me an email letting me know what's going on for you and I can give you more details.
